  • Why Juice?
Juicing is one of the quickest and most natural ways to boost your intake of raw fruits and vegetables, which are often missing from modern diets dominated by processed, convenience foods. This nutrient gap contributes to poor nutrition, obesity, and higher rates of chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease. Juice is incredibly nutrient-dense—95% of the vitamins, minerals, and enzymes your body needs are found in the juice of raw produce, making it a more effective and natural option than supplements or multivitamins. Unlike pills, juice delivers nutrients in their whole, bioavailable form, allowing your body to absorb them quickly and efficiently. Drinking the right juices regularly offers significant benefits: Increased Energy: Nutrients like iron, magnesium, and B vitamins from fresh produce are essential for sustained energy throughout the day. Healthier Skin: Antioxidants such as Vitamin C (found in citrus and berries) promote collagen production for glowing, youthful skin. Enhanced Immunity: Ingredients like ginger and leafy greens provide anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties, helping to ward off illnesses. Disease Prevention: Studies show diets rich in phytonutrients—only found in plants—can reduce the risk of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and other illnesses. A Harvard Health study found that increasing daily servings of fruits and vegetables can significantly lower the risk of premature death. Meanwhile, the World Health Organization recommends 5–9 servings of fruits and vegetables per day, yet less than 30% of Canadians meet this standard. Drinking juice bridges this gap, offering a simple, enjoyable solution. Juicing isn’t just about convenience—it’s about empowering you to live a healthier, more active, and balanced lifestyle. At Vital Sipz, we craft each bottle with care, using 100% organic, locally-sourced ingredients to ensure you get the best nutrition, free from fillers, preservatives, or shortcuts. Your health is your greatest wealth—juice is a step toward investing in it.
  • What is Cold-pressed juice?
Cold-pressed juice is a nutrient-packed way to enjoy raw fruits and vegetables in their purest form. It’s made using a hydraulic press that gently extracts juice from the pulp, preserving the integrity of the ingredients. Unlike traditional blending or grinding methods, cold-pressing avoids heat and friction that can break down nutrients and enzymes. The result? A vibrant, concentrated juice that delivers the maximum benefits of fresh produce straight to your body.
  • What is HPP? Why doesn't Vital Sipz do that?
High Pressure Processing (HPP) is a cold pasteurization method that uses extreme pressure (100 to 800 MPa) to extend the shelf life of juices and other foods. While it inactivates harmful bacteria, it also eliminates beneficial bacteria, enzymes, and nutrients that are vital for digestion, immunity, and overall well-being. At Vital Sipz, we believe fresh juice should deliver maximum nutrition, not just convenience. If your juice is sitting on a grocery store shelf for weeks, it has likely been HPP’d—sacrificing the raw, vibrant benefits that truly fresh juice offers. HPP prioritizes shelf life and profits over nutrition, allowing products to last up to 10 times longer at the expense of quality. We don’t compromise. Instead, we craft small batches of cold-pressed juice to retain the natural enzymes, phytonutrients, and beneficial bacteria your body needs. For us, it's simple: fresh is best. Your health deserves nothing less.
  • Do you use organic produce?
At Vital Sipz, we are deeply committed to providing juices that are 100% organic. We source our ingredients from a mix of certified organic farms, locally grown produce from Ontario farmers, and even from our own farm. While our farm is not certified organic, we follow organic farming practices, ensuring all produce is non-GMO, pesticide-free, and grown with care for the environment. We believe organic produce offers superior nutritional value and aligns with our mission to support your health. By choosing organic, we also contribute to sustainability—reducing groundwater pollutants, fostering richer soils, and supporting farming practices that are better for the planet.
  • Why do you use Glass Bottles?
Glass not only preserves the freshness, flavour, and nutrients of our juices better than other materials, but it also eliminates the risk of harmful microplastics. With growing concerns about microplastics and their role as endocrine disruptors—which can interfere with hormones and impact overall health—we refuse to compromise. We want the best for our customers and are committed to providing products free from these hidden health hazards. Glass also offers significant environmental benefits. Producing glass from recycled materials reduces air pollution by 20% and water pollution by 50%, all while minimising landfill waste. By choosing glass, we’re not just protecting your health but also helping to protect the planet for future generations.
  • Do you use local produce?
We prioritise supporting our community and delivering the freshest products possible. Whenever we can, we source our organic ingredients from local Canadian farms, ensuring that our juices are packed with the peak-season goodness you deserve. A portion of our produce even comes from our very own family farm, where everything is grown using organic methods. While not certified organic, our farm avoids pesticides and GMOs, following sustainable practices to bring you the best nature has to offer. By choosing local ingredients, we reduce our carbon footprint, support Canadian farmers, and keep your juices fresher and more nutrient-rich. It's all part of our mission to deliver quality, sustainability, and health in every bottle.
  • Why is your juice pricey?
We prioritize quality over compromise, and that means investing in the very best ingredients and juicing methods for your health. Our juices are made from premium, organic, and often locally sourced fruits and vegetables, ensuring every bottle is packed with nutrients and flavour. We support organic farmers and small businesses by paying a fair price for their produce, fostering sustainable farming practices and local economies. Unlike the brands you find in Big Box stores, we never use HPP (high-pressure processing) to artificially extend shelf life, preserving the natural integrity of our juices. Additionally, we use glass bottles—not just to maintain the purity and quality of our products, but also to protect you from the risks of microplastics and endocrine disruptors often associated with plastic packaging.
  • Can You Deliver to My Home?
Absolutely! We proudly offer delivery to homes and offices across Hastings County, Prince Edward County, and the Bay of Quinte region.
  • What is the Recommended Daily Consumption for Your Juice?
Each 370 ml bottle of Vital Sipz juice contains approximately 1.5–2 pounds of fresh, organic produce. This equals about 4 servings of fruits and vegetables—nearly half of the recommended daily intake set by Health Canada, which advises adults to consume 7–10 servings of fruits and vegetables per day depending on age and gender. Drinking one bottle of our juice is like enjoying multiple salads but in a quick, convenient form—perfect for busy lifestyles. It’s an easy way to boost your daily nutrient intake and ensure your body is getting the vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients it needs to thrive. Meeting your daily nutritional goals has never been simpler!
